Randy Johnson Art Gallery is located at 535 Harrison Avenue in historic downtown Panama City, Florida.  The gallery features traditional original oil paintings by artist Randy Johnson. Randy began painting as a teenager and was a student of James Chichester of Bay County, Florida.  At age sixteen the art world recognized him with an award at a juried exhibition.  Since that time he has exhibited at various galleries in the south.  During the 1980’s and 1990’s Randy was a featured artist at the Siegel Gallery in Selma, Alabama.  He has over 40 years of experience painting landscapes in oils and acrylics.  Painting indiscriminately from what he sees, Randy can be described as “a painterly painter” leaning toward impressionism.   Randy was born in Canton Ohio, is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and now lives in Panama City with his wife Nom.
